Apprenticeship Scheme
An apprenticeship is an excellent way to learn on the job and pursue a career within the groundworks and civil engineering industries. Apprenticeships combine classroom learning with on-the-job experience, providing mentoring, focused learning and development of your skills and abilities.
As an apprentice, you will attend a local college on a part-time basis, usually one day a week. You will also work alongside experienced members of our team to gain relevant work experience. Topics will cover the skills and knowledge relating specifically to your job, as well as more general topics, such as safe working practices, environmental awareness and quality control.
