At ECL, we offer a wide array of apprenticeships across all divisions, ranging from Intermediate Level 2 to Degree Level 6 and 7.

• Intermediate Apprenticeship Level 2 – equivalent to five A*- C GCSEs. 

• Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3 – equivalent to two A levels

• Higher Apprenticeship Level 4-7 – equivalent to a foundation degree and above

• Degree Apprenticeship Levels 6-7 – full bachelor’s or master’s degree

Instead of heading off to university, consider applying for our apprenticeship scheme, where you can gain invaluable in-house experience under the guidance of your dedicated mentor while pursuing a fully-funded degree/qualification, free from the burden of student debt.

As a permanent employee of ECL Civil Engineering, you’ll acquire essential work experience and receive supervised training, with all your tuition fees covered by us. Throughout your course, you’ll have designated days for college/university attendance, engaging in lectures and connecting with peers.

The journey will take 3-6 years to complete, depending on the course level. At its conclusion, you will earn an industry-recognised qualification and/or a foundation or a bachelor’s or master’s degree from one of our esteemed university partners, setting the stage for a bright future in one of the UK’s fastest-growing industries.
