We’re proud to share our commitment to giving back and supporting causes that make a difference in the world.
This year, we’re honoured to support CHUMS, a remarkable charity providing vital mental health and emotional well-being support for children, young people, and their families.
As part of our commitment to supporting CHUMS and other charitable causes such as Mates in Mind, we have organised a series of fundraising events for 2023 and 2024 to raise significant amounts of money and awareness for the vital work of these charities.
CHUMS Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing Charity supports children and young people in so many ways with therapeutic help. Their services stem from bereavement support to trauma support and emotional well-being, providing online support and local area in-house services.
With an exemplary multi-disciplinary clinical team, all well-qualified and experienced clinicians, what’s genuinely evident beyond their skills is that all their staff have a driving passion for making a difference in the lives of children, young people and their families. The passion they bring radiates to their fantastic group of volunteers who enrich the services they are able to deliver.
At ECL, we’re also passionate about creating positive change in the world and always eager to support those making a difference to others.
The charity team, made up of Kirstie Smith, Tracey Penwright, Jade Haynes and Jenny Yu, added, “After a collective staff vote, CHUMS, a local charity which helps so many organisations, has been chosen as one of our primary charities going forward into 2024.
We, on the charity team and with everyone’s help, will be working hard to help raise crucial funds for this worthy charity.”
